CAMPGROUND INFORMATION

Port Julia Progress Association hosts a Bush Camping area
on Reichenbach Park.

9:00 am to 7:00 pm

 

Due to Council requirements, the number of campers permitted is restricted
to 30 sites at all times.

Limited facilities are available.

· 3 Toilets (Septic)

· BBQ Area with FREE Electric BBQ

· Limited Potable Water

· No Power to sites

 

At busy times it may be necessary to limit the number of campers/vehicles onsite for overnight.  Access can also be restricted during events at the Community Hall.  Easter, October Long Weekend and Christmas/New Year are the busiest times.

 

In an emergency, Reichenbach Park may be used to land a Helicopter Retrieval Team.  This will be organized by local CFS Volunteers and can take place at short notice.
